We are Kight, a new visual arts platform founded in 2023 by Rachel Kight Smith.

Kight shows individuality through art. We advocate for the rights of women, LGBTQIA+ creators, and people with disabilities in the work we do. We highlight the beauty of human grossness. Moreover, we are trying to promote conversations around topics such as sexual health, relationships, and identity as well. We have a lot of fun being obscene! 

Kight was founded as a way for Rachel to express her mentality towards her mental and chronic illnesses. Her art focuses on the anger she has towards the world and trying to embrace the animalistic side of people, the people we were before capitalistic and patriarchal boundaries.
